Densiphalt is a jointless surfacing system that replaces concrete, asphalt and blocks in new build and refurbishment situations, internal and external.

The system is a layered system comprising an open graded asphalt topping with a void ratio of 25%, which is flooded with microsilica mortars. The mortars contain a microsilica improved cement binder which allows greater penetration of the void structure of the OGA, and hence greater achievement of the theoretical packing density than grouts manufactured using traditional cement mortars.
